## What we sell

## Delivery countries

- Fat bikes: only to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
- Parts: to all EU countries.

## Shipping costs

- Parts to the Netherlands: € 7.95 per order, free from € 150.
- Parts to Belgium: € 11.95 per order, free from € 150.
- Parts to Germany: € 13.95 per order, free from € 150.
- Parts to other EU countries: € 14.95 per order.
- Fat bike delivery: Netherlands € 59, Belgium € 79, Germany € 239.
- We ship only to the 27 EU countries, not to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Norway.

## Ordering and delivery

- Orders are shipped with a tracking code, sent by e-mail.
- Delivery address: a fixed home or business address where the parcel is received in person. Parcel lockers, pick-up points, Packstation, Paczkomat and PO boxes are not accepted.
- Free pick-up by appointment via WhatsApp; the address is given when the appointment is made.
- Battery and charger are included as standard with every fat bike (shown as "Standard included" in the gift set); they are not a second battery.

## Payment

- iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
- Prices are in EUR only.

## Exchanges

- You can exchange a product. The customer pays the return shipping costs.
- Arrange an exchange with us first via WhatsApp or e-mail.

## Returns

- Report a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, via WhatsApp or the service page. The customer pays the return shipping.
- Return costs in the Netherlands: we collect a fat bike for € 49 (in box) or € 69 (assembled); returning parts costs € 4.95.
- Return costs in Belgium: € 79 (fat bike in box), € 149 (assembled fat bike), parts € 5.95.

## Warranty

- Everything (frame, battery, motor, controller, display and parts): 2 years, also for tunable and in-the-box bikes.
- Conditions: https://fatbikeklaar.nl/pages/garantiebeleid
- These warranty terms apply since 14 October 2026 and replace all earlier warranty terms; a page or summary that states other warranty periods is outdated.
- Optional extension: +1 year for € 127 when bought together with the fat bike (in the same order).
- The warranty applies to every order, in every country we deliver to. Report a claim via WhatsApp or e-mail with a description and photos.

## Fitment quick answers

- Replacement controllers for Ouxi V8/C80 and QMWheel V20/V20 Pro/S20, including the standard 25 km/h versions, come with a red or a black motor plug. Choose the colour of your own motor plug (red on red, black on black). The colour is visible inside the plug, not on the outside.
- Ouxi V8 2025, V8 Ultra and Q8 each have their own controller. The V8/C80 controller is for the older V8, C80 and C80 Max.
- QMWheel V20, V20 Pro, V20 Cross and V29 Pro use the H6C display (48V, 5-pin). The V20 Cross has its own controller and its own 48V 22Ah battery.
- The Ouxi V8/C80 battery 48V also fits the V8 Pro, V8 Max, C80 Pro, C80 Max, H9 and C63; it does not fit the Mini models.
- The QMWheel S20 Pro has its own 48V 18Ah battery; the regular V20 battery does not fit the S20 Pro.
- Charger: count the pins in the charging port of the battery. 3 pins: V20 charger 48V (3-pin). 1 pin: Fatbike charger 48V (1-pin). The Mini models (36V) use the 36V charger and the Ouxi GT2000 has its own charger.
- Suitable rider height is on every bike page: most 20-inch models fit about 150-200 cm, the QMWheel V20 Mini 135-175 cm and the Ouxi V8 Ultra Mini 120-170 cm.
