Good to know
With a hydraulic brake set, it's important not to kink the line during installation. Lay the new set next to your old one so you can copy the routing of the hose and the mounting points one to one. Install the brake lever first and then the brake caliper, and check that the hose isn't pinched anywhere or running along moving parts. Can't manage it yourself or in doubt? Feel free to message us on WhatsApp at +31 6 82090642 and we'll help you out quickly.
Pro tip: after installation, squeeze the brake lever a few times and check that the pressure point feels firm before you ride.

Please note
This is a hydraulic Zoom brake set for the left side, fitting fatbikes of the Ouxi and QMWheel type. Before ordering, check that the brake type and connections match your own set. In doubt? Message us on WhatsApp at +31 6 82090642 and we'll take a look with you.

We specialize in tunable fatbikes and parts. Over 500 happy customers have gone before you. Fast delivery, sharp prices, and customer service that truly thinks along with you.
Can I have my fatbike tuned by you?
Our fatbikes are tunable, and we also supply individual parts to upgrade your fatbike. Please note: tuning is only permitted on private property, not on public roads.
Is a fatbike still legal?
Yes, a fatbike that complies with current regulations (max. 25 km/h pedal assist and a 250W motor) is fully legal on public roads. Tuned models may only be used on private property.
What are the new fatbike rules for 2026?
As of 2026, stricter rules apply around age, helmet requirements, and vehicle specifications. Check our information page for the latest details.
Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.
Why buy a fatbike?
A fatbike is comfortable, fast, and ready for any terrain, from city streets to the beach. Ideal for commuting and for fun. And with our tunable models, you get even more out of it.
Do you need a helmet on a fatbike?
A helmet is strongly recommended for your own safety. From 2026, a helmet requirement will be introduced for certain fatbike categories.
Can I tune an Ouxi C80 Mini or QMWheel V20 Mini?
No. The Ouxi C80 Mini, C63 Mini and the QMWheel V20 Mini cannot be tuned. There is no tunable controller or tunable display for these models; they stay restricted to 25 km/h. Do you want to tune after all? Then have a look at the Ouxi C80, V8 or GT2000 and the QMWheel V20 or V20 Pro.
