Good to know
You replace an inner tube for your 20 inch fatbike by prying the tire off the rim with tire levers and taking out the old inner tube. First inflate the new tube a little so it gets its shape, then place it inside the tire and push the tire back over the rim. Check all around that the inner tube is not pinched anywhere before you fully inflate it. Can't manage it yourself or in doubt? Pro tip: carefully feel around the inside of the tire with your hand to make sure no pebble or sharp point is left behind, which prevents another flat tire.

Can I have my fatbike tuned by you?
Our fatbikes are tunable, and we also supply individual parts to upgrade your fatbike. Please note: tuning is only permitted on private property, not on public roads.
Is a fatbike still legal?
Yes, a fatbike that complies with current regulations (max. 25 km/h pedal assist and a 250W motor) is fully legal on public roads. Tuned models may only be used on private property.
What are the new fatbike rules for 2026?
As of 2026, stricter rules apply around age, helmet requirements, and vehicle specifications. Check our information page for the latest details.
Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.

What does tuning a fatbike cost?
