Good to know
To replace your tire, first let all the air out of the inner tube and pry the old tire off the rim with tire levers. Lay the new tire evenly on the rim and make sure the inner tube isn't pinched anywhere before you inflate again. Can't manage it yourself or in doubt? Pro tip: inflate the tire a little bit first and check all around that it seats evenly in the rim, then gently bring it up to the right pressure.

Can I have my fatbike tuned by you?
Our fatbikes are tunable, and we also supply individual parts to upgrade your fatbike. Please note: tuning is only permitted on private property, not on public roads.
Is a fatbike still legal?
Yes, a fatbike that complies with current regulations (max. 25 km/h pedal assist and a 250W motor) is fully legal on public roads. Tuned models may only be used on private property.
What are the new fatbike rules for 2026?
As of 2026, stricter rules apply around age, helmet requirements, and vehicle specifications. Check our information page for the latest details.
Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.

What does tuning a fatbike cost?
