Fits: all QMWheel 16 / 20 / 24 inch with a 3-pin throttle connection on your wiring harness
(Please check carefully whether the part fits your Fatbike by means of a throttle connection on your wiring harness near the handlebars)
(Throttles may do a maximum of 6 km/h in the Netherlands)
Good to know
You replace a twist throttle by first unscrewing the old throttle and disconnecting the plug. Slide the new throttle onto the handlebar, reconnect the plug and tighten the throttle in the right spot so it is comfortable to reach. After installation, check that the throttle springs back smoothly before you ride.

Can I have my fatbike tuned by you?
Our fatbikes are tunable, and we also supply individual parts to upgrade your fatbike. Please note: tuning is only permitted on private property, not on public roads.
Is a fatbike still legal?
Yes, a fatbike that complies with current regulations (max. 25 km/h pedal assist and a 250W motor) is fully legal on public roads. Tuned models may only be used on private property.
What are the new fatbike rules for 2026?
As of 2026, stricter rules apply around age, helmet requirements, and vehicle specifications. Check our information page for the latest details.
Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.

Do you need a helmet on a fatbike?

What does tuning a fatbike cost?
