Good to know
With an extension cable for the pedal sensor, you bridge the distance between the sensor and the connection, handy if the original cable is just a bit too short or has been damaged. Disconnect the cable with the plug unplugged and connect the new cable the same way, so the pins fit neatly into place. Can't manage it yourself or in doubt? Feel free to message us on WhatsApp at +31 6 82090642, and we'll quickly help you further.
Pro tip: route the cable neatly along the frame and secure it with a zip tie, so it doesn't get pinched or rub.
WhatsApp chat only. We can't take calls, not even via WhatsApp.
Please note
This extension cable is intended for the QMWheel 2.0 and newer models V20, S20 and V30. Check that the plug and connection match your own part before you order. In doubt? Just message us and we'll take a look with you.

Can I have my fatbike tuned by you?
Our fatbikes are tunable, and we also supply individual parts to upgrade your fatbike. Please note: tuning is only permitted on private property, not on public roads.
Is a fatbike still legal?
Yes, a fatbike that complies with current regulations (max. 25 km/h pedal assist and a 250W motor) is fully legal on public roads. Tuned models may only be used on private property.
What are the new fatbike rules for 2026?
As of 2026, stricter rules apply around age, helmet requirements, and vehicle specifications. Check our information page for the latest details.
Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.
Why buy a fatbike?
A fatbike is comfortable, fast, and ready for any terrain, from city streets to the beach. Ideal for commuting and for fun. And with our tunable models, you get even more out of it.
Do you need a helmet on a fatbike?
A helmet is strongly recommended for your own safety. From 2026, a helmet requirement will be introduced for certain fatbike categories.
What does tuning a fatbike cost?
A tunable controller costs from 98 euro for the V20 family and the Ouxi models, and 179 euro for the GT2000 and GT2000 2.0. Fitting it yourself usually takes less than half an hour. Not sure which part fits your fatbike?

Heb je een rijbewijs nodig voor een fatbike?
