Does the throttle go up to 60 km/h, or only when you pedal?

The throttle goes up to 60 km/h, even without pedaling. That works with the kill switch off. With the kill switch on, the throttle does 6 km/h.
You do need a tunable HC80 display as well. Riding tuned is only allowed on private property.

The frequently asked question about the GT2000: can the throttle keep doing 6 km/h and still reach 60 km/h? With this controller it can. The killswitch is included: on means 6 km/h walk assist, off means 60 km/h, and you switch as often as you like without a laptop or software.

Tuning the GT2000 requires two parts: this controller and a tunable HC80 display with killswitch. Replacing the controller alone does not yet give you 60 km/h. For the GT2000 2.0 there is a separate controller. Riding tuned is only allowed on private or closed-off terrain; on the road, 25 km/h applies.
