Product information
The benefits at a glance
- Tunable up to 60 km/h
- Easy to install (Plug & Play)
- Water-resistant
Suitable for: Ouxi GT2000 and GT2000 2.0
Version: Tunable up to 60 km/h, with NFC
Is the display of your Ouxi GT2000 defective or due for replacement? Then order this original HC80 display with NFC. Weather-resistant, stable and built to last.
With NFC: you switch the fatbike on with your NFC card. Nobody can start your GT2000 without that card. Of course also with code and kill switch.
The speed is adjustable: tuned, the GT2000 rides up to 60 km/h. With the kill switch you set the speed back to 25 quickly and easily.
Kill switch: with the kill switch you switch quickly between 25 km/h and 60 km/h. If the display is set to 25 km/h, whether by the kill switch or because it has been restricted, it cannot simply be tuned: it is protected by a code, and without that code the speed will not go up. Tuned riding is only allowed on private or closed-off grounds; on public roads you ride at 25 km/h.
Tuning code: 8252
Easy to fit with the two supplied screws, nuts and rubber rings.
Fits: Ouxi GT2000 and GT2000 2.0
(Please check carefully that the part matches your part to avoid disappointment)
(This display is not permitted for use on public roads, only on private property)

You have questions, we have answers!
Everything you want to know about fatbikes, tuning and our service.
Do you test the parts before shipping?
Yes. Every tunable display and every controller is tested on a fatbike by our specialist in our workshop in Amsterdam before it leaves: connecting, tuning and switching back.
Why choose fatbikeklaar.nl?
We specialize in tunable fatbikes and parts. Over 500 happy customers have gone before you. Fast delivery, sharp prices, and customer service that truly thinks along with you.
Can I have my fatbike tuned by you?
Our fatbikes are tunable, and we also supply individual parts to upgrade your fatbike. Please note: tuning is only permitted on private property, not on public roads.
Is a fatbike still legal?
Yes, a fatbike that complies with current regulations (max. 25 km/h pedal assist and a 250W motor) is fully legal on public roads. Tuned models may only be used on private property.
What are the new fatbike rules for 2026?
As of 2026, stricter rules apply around age, helmet requirements, and vehicle specifications. Check our information page for the latest details.
Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.
Why buy a fatbike?
A fatbike is comfortable, fast, and ready for any terrain, from city streets to the beach. Ideal for commuting and for fun. And with our tunable models, you get even more out of it.
Do you need a helmet on a fatbike?
A helmet is strongly recommended for your own safety. From 2026, a helmet requirement will be introduced for certain fatbike categories.
How fast does the Ouxi GT2000 go when tuned?
Tuned, the GT2000 reaches up to 60 km/h, both on the throttle and on the pedal assist. Restricted, it does 6 km/h on the throttle and 25 km/h on the pedal assist. The tuned mode is intended for private property. This applies to the GT2000 and the GT2000 2.0.
What does the kill switch on the GT2000 do?
With the kill switch you switch between tuned and restricted riding yourself. Tuned, the throttle goes up to 60 km/h. Restricted, the throttle goes up to 6 km/h and pedal assist up to 25 km/h, so you ride legally on public roads. It comes as standard with the Tunable version, so there is nothing extra to order. Riding tuned is only allowed on private property.
What does tuning a fatbike cost?
A tunable controller costs from 98 euro for the V20 family and the Ouxi models, and 179 euro for the GT2000 and GT2000 2.0. Fitting it yourself usually takes less than half an hour. Not sure which part fits your fatbike?
